Functional bootstrapping over multiple inputs

In this paper, we present a new approach to homomorphically compute multivariate functions with TFHE, without using binary decomposition. As of now, the computation of multivariate functions using digit decomposition in basis $B\neq2$ came with restrictions either on the number of inputs or on the computed function itself. We show how such restrictions can be lifted. To that end, we introduce $B$-gates, which are the homomorphic equivalent of boolean gates in basis $B$.
