The spreading of the vesicles leads to major deformations and is accompanied by the creation of transient macroscopic pores in the micrometer range. Different phenomena that have been observed by changing either the characteristic scale or the geometry of the decorated surfaces are reported and discussed. %G English %2 https://cea.hal.science/cea-01056990/document %2 https://cea.hal.science/cea-01056990/file/Bernard%20et%20al%20Langmuir16_6801%20author%20manuscript.pdf %L cea-01056990 %U https://cea.hal.science/cea-01056990 %~ INSERM %~ CEA %~ ENS-PARIS %~ UPMC %~ CNRS %~ CDF %~ UNIV-STRASBG %~ FNCLCC %~ CURIE %~ PCC_UMR168 %~ PASTEUR_UMR8640 %~ INC-CNRS %~ PSL %~ UPMC_POLE_2 %~ SITE-ALSACE %~ SORBONNE-UNIVERSITE %~ SU-INF-2018 %~ SU-SCIENCES %~ ENS-PSL %~ INSTITUT-CURIE-PSL %~ CDF-PSL %~ SU-TI %~ IRAMIS %~ ALLIANCE-SU %~ CHIMIE-SU
