The results demonstrate high sensitivity of dislocation mobility to track core damage. The relationship between the energy loss of ions, dislocation mobility and track structure is discussed. %G English %L cea-00376129 %U https://cea.hal.science/cea-00376129 %~ CEA %~ CNRS %~ INSA-ROUEN %~ COMUE-NORMANDIE %~ IRAMIS-CIMAP %~ UNIROUEN %~ ENSICAEN %~ UNICAEN %~ INSA-GROUPE %~ CIMAP %~ MADIR-CIMAP %~ IRAMIS
