Développement d'un système de mesure de proprioception cervicale : Conception dédiée aux professionnels de santé
Résumé
A generic term for neck pain in people with neck injuries, neck dysfunction or shoulder and neck pain is ‘mechanical neck pain’. Several factors need to be taken into account when assessing neck disorders, including changes in visual systems and postural and proprioceptive balance. Currently, the Cervicocephalic Relocation test (CRT) is used by healthcare professionals to detect changes in cervical proprioception. This test requires precise equipment, customised installation in a dedicated area and, above all, considerable post-processing time for the professional to make a diagnosis. A configuration of Google's MediaPipe library combined with a laptop is proposed and developed in this context. The system architecture is developed and a user interface is designed with a view to being used to carry out the CRT test. The system is presented in this article, tested in a use case and the results are presented. The user's final CRT test report can be exported from the developed system, containing the visualisation of the CRT results, ready for analysis by the physiotherapist.
